Job summary

EthosEnergy Power Solutions, LLC seeks an OT Network and Infrastructure Engineer to support OT networks, industrial infrastructure, and cybersecurity for ROC and customer facilities. You will design, implement, and maintain OT networks, security controls, and remote access while aligning with NERC CIP readiness and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, VLANs, and VPN technologies.
• Familiarity with industrial networking and Operational Technology environments.
• Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and infrastructure services.
• Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy administration.
• Familiarity with VMware virtualization technologies.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts including defense-in-depth, least privilege, network segmentation, and secure remote access.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management and patch management processes.
• Knowledge of industrial control systems including SCADA, DCS, and historian platforms.
• Familiarity with AVEVA PI System or similar industrial historian technologies.
• Basic understanding of NERC CIP requirements and cybersecurity regulatory frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and customer-facing communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications: CCNP, Fortinet NSE4, CompTIA Security+, GICSP.
• Experience and knowledge in power plant systems and operations.

Responsibilities

• OT Network Administration: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial network infrastructure.
• Administer and support firewalls, routers, switches, wireless systems, and VPNs.
• Support network segmentation and security architecture initiatives in OT environments.
• Perform network diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Maintain network documentation and diagrams.
• Participate in upgrades and modernization projects.
• OT Infrastructure Administration: Support Windows Server and AD, DNS, DHCP, file services.
• Manage virtualization platforms including VMware ESXi and vCenter.
• Assist with server deployment, migrations, and lifecycle management.
• Maintain backups and disaster recovery testing.
• Monitor health and performance across OT/ROC environments.
• OT Cybersecurity and Compliance: Implement cybersecurity controls, vulnerability management, patching, and remote access security.
• Support regulatory compliance activities related to NERC CIP and audits.
• Generate reports on health, security posture, and remediation status.
• Customer Support: Act as technical resource for customer facilities, provide updates in meetings.
• Project Execution: Assist with new OT deployments, upgrades, and evaluations.
• Create engineering docs, SOPs, and implementation guides.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and security.
