Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an Operational Technology & IoMT Cybersecurity Solutions Lead to architect and deliver security blueprints for OT, ICS and medical-device environments within the Federal Civilian market.

You will drive technical discovery, craft implementation approaches, and support proposals while coordinating with market leadership and engineering specialists to ensure compliant, scalable cyber-physical security solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity engineering, architecture or solution development.
• Experience with OT/ICS, IoMT, or cyber-physical environments.
• Ability to design architectures, diagrams, and implementation plans.
• Proven ability to lead technical discovery and customer workshops.
• Experience supporting proposals, statements of work, or estimates.
• Knowledge of NIST SP 800-82, Zero Trust, and federal cybersecurity requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and development of cybersecurity solutions for OT/ICS/IoMT environments.
• Translate customer challenges into actionable architectures and plans.
• Develop vendor-agnostic solutions including network segmentation and secure remote access.
• Collaborate on proposals, ROAM estimates, and technical demonstrations.
• Guide OT security demonstrations and reuse architectures with the OT Innovation Hub.
