Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supporting OT, ICS, SCADA, or industrial cybersecurity environments.
• 5+ years of experience conducting OT cybersecurity risk assessments, security architecture reviews, or resilience assessments.
• Experience developing cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps, or modernization plans for critical infrastructure or public sector.
• Experience working with OT cybersecurity OEMs and industrial technology providers to evaluate, implement, or integrate cybersecurity capabilities.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree.
• CISSP, GICSP, CRISC, CISM, or GRID certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of OT cybersecurity solutions addressing ICS, SCADA, and cyber-physical systems.
• Assess operational risks; develop cybersecurity strategies and architectures.
• Architect solutions that strengthen security while supporting operational objectives.
• Engage senior client leadership and multidisciplinary teams to guide strategy and roadmaps.
• Define repeatable OT security offerings addressing cyber survivability and resilience across critical infrastructure.
