Job summary

MITRE seeks a senior/lead OT/ICS cybersecurity expert to defend critical infrastructure and support government sponsors. You will apply threat-informed risk analyses, adversary emulation, and OT-centric cyber defenses across operational technology environments.

Collaborating with stakeholders, you’ll develop sensors, analytic architectures, and secure OT architectures, contributing to mission assurance and resilient cyber-physical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in a technical field; 5+ years of related experience or 3+ with a Masters.
• Experience in OT cybersecurity, OT protocol analysis, or process control.
• Must be eligible for Top Secret clearance; U.S. citizen.
• On-site presence required at least 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements for new cyber protection technologies and pilots.
• Develop cyber sensors and analytic architectures for OT security operations.
• Perform threat, criticality, and adversary analyses for OT resilience.
• Research and improve OT defensive TTPs for detection and response.
• Develop and perform attack emulation and deception operations.
