Job summary

PTMW, Inc. seeks an OT Integration Specialist to bridge ERP with OT equipment, automate processes and streamline production.

You’ll work across departments to optimize workflows, manage the industrial network, and support operators, maintenance and vendors with technical guidance. The role requires PLC/I-O integration knowledge, PLC programming or scripting in C#/Python, and experience with manufacturing ERP environments and enterprise networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field OR 4 years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience with PLCs, I/O integration, electronics, automation and industrial equipment.
• Programming or scripting in C#, Python, Visual Basic or similar for integrations.
• Experience managing enterprise networks and basic network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Bridge ERP and OT equipment to optimize production workflow.
• Assist in managing and securing the industrial network infrastructure.
• Develop integrations using APIs, scripts, or custom apps to automate processes.
• Provide technical assistance to operators, maintenance, vendors and others.
• Coordinate downtime, resolve issues, and communicate with customers.
• Collaborate with maintenance to address equipment outages and may require after-hours work.
