Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. in Houston, TX seeks an IT/OT Integration Specialist to bridge IT, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, and Business Systems, enabling seamless data flow and process integration.

The role designs, implements, and supports integrations between ERP, MES, PLM, CAD/CAM, QMS, and shop-floor technologies, driving Industry 4.0 transformation and improving operational visibility across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/Engineering related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing IT/IT/OT integration or related roles.
• Experience integrating ERP, MES, PLM, CAD/CAM, QMS, or similar systems.
• Familiarity with data flows in plant environments and industrial equipment connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations between ERP, MES, PLM, CAD/CAM, QMS, and manufacturing platforms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions supporting engineering, production planning, MFG execution, quality, and inventory management.
• Ensure data consistency, traceability, and secure connectivity across systems.
• Support IIoT deployments, predictive maintenance, and analytics initiatives.
• Develop and maintain data models, interfaces, and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and assist with go-live readiness.
