Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an OT Network Project Technical Lead to drive design, implementation, integration, testing, commissioning, and support of OT networking across critical infrastructure projects.

You will act as the primary technical authority for OT networking, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable communications between industrial control systems, SCADA platforms, automation devices, power systems, and enterprise networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT network projects from design to closeout with secure, scalable architectures.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for customers and teams.
• Design and approve secure OT network architectures and topologies.
• Oversee deployment of industrial networking technologies and remote access solutions.
• Lead systems integration with SCADA/PLC/DCS and OT/IT interfaces.
• Ensure cybersecurity requirements and best practices are implemented.
• Direct testing, FAT/SAT, and commissioning activities.
• Troubleshoot complex network and system integration issues.
• Support project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards.
• Ensure configuration management and quality assurance throughout projects.
• Build customer relationships and provide training and knowledge transfer.
