Job summary

Delta Faucet Company seeks an OT Network Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain secure OT networks at the Jackson manufacturing site. You will work with IT, Automation, and Security teams to ensure reliable industrial connectivity and support digital manufacturing initiatives.

The role emphasizes 99.5% uptime, proactive incident response, and collaboration across plants to advance Industry 4.0 objectives, with opportunities to grow expertise in ICS/SCADA and security technologies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of network administration experience, including 2+ years in industrial or OT networks.
• Hands-on experience with industrial Ethernet, routing, switching, and security appliances.
• Working knowledge of ICS/SCADA protocols (OPC, Modbus, PROFINET, CIP, DNP3).
• CCNA certification (required).
• CCNP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain OT network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless, VPN).
• Monitor OT network performance and resolve incidents within SLA targets to minimize production impact.
• Implement and maintain network automation practices (VLANs, backups, patching) achieving high patch compliance.
• Collaborate with Automation, IT, and Information Security for secure OT/IT integration.
• Execute network changes with high success rate for new OT deployments.
