Job summary

Neumo seeks an IT Network & Systems Administrator (SCADA/OT Support) to implement and maintain specialized OT networks and Windows-based infrastructure supporting real-time industrial processes. This role ensures OT network availability, security, and reliability while coordinating with OT cybersecurity teams.

You will manage Active Directory, DNS, and AD DS in production OT environments, participate in on-call rotations, travel to field sites, and help ensure regulatory compliance and safe

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, network engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of network engineering experience in an industrial, utility, or critical infrastructure environment.
• Hands-on experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory, and DNS in production OT or critical infrastructure environments.
• Exposure to OT, SCADA, or industrial control system environments preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs; awareness of Modbus/DNP3 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hardware maintenance of industrial networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, telemetry).
• Support network connectivity for new field devices and verify data flow to SCADA servers.
• Install and configure Active Directory Domain Services for SCADA/OT environments; manage RBAC.
• Deploy and maintain DNS servers; manage DHCP where applicable for OT networks.
• Manage Windows Server systems hosting SCADA infrastructure, apply patches and hardening.
• Support AD integration for centralized SCADA authentication and auditing.
• Assist in design and testing of failover strategies; ensure DNS continuity across segmented networks.
• Monitor network health, diagnose issues, coordinate IT/OT incident response.
• Maintain network diagrams, baselines, and change logs; support regulatory compliance tasks.
