Job summary

Inframark is seeking an Operational Technology Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and support secure OT environments for water, wastewater, and critical infrastructure. The role covers Windows Server and workstation administration, industrial networking, VLANs, VPNs, and secure remote access, with emphasis on cybersecurity hardening and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities include configuring AD/DNS/DHCP, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V), SCADA/HMI/PLC connectivity, and site

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Windows Workstation, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, patch management and Microsoft infrastructure services.
Experience with virtualization platforms and securing OT networks.
Understanding of OT cybersecurity and secure remote access concepts.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, maintain, patch, upgrade, and secure Windows Server and Workstation OS in OT environments.
Configure and support AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and related services.
Design, deploy, and support industrial network infrastructure including firewall policies and VPNs.
Develop and maintain network diagrams, configuration standards, and procedures.
Provide remote/onsite support for OT infrastructure and assist with startup, commissioning, and incident response.
Train customers and staff on supported technologies and security best practices.
