Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking Occupational Therapists to provide quality OT services in skilled nursing facilities. You will screen, evaluate, and develop plans of care, discharge planning, and supervise rehab staff, while upholding Reliant's guidelines and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an ACOTE accredited school of occupational therapy.
- NBCOT certification.
- Valid OT state license where applicable.
- Proficient in clinical documentation and basic internet navigation.
Responsibilities
- Provide OT to patients and oversee therapy sessions.
- Provide supervision to COTAs.
- Supervise COTAs and rehab techs in group and individual treatment.
- Develop and strengthen the OT program.
- Foster ongoing professional development.
- Maintain state license and comply with regulations.
- Understand billing guidelines and service delivery models.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively in English.
