Evolve Therapy Services in North Platte, Nebraska, seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility. This full-time role offers a relocation bonus of 10k and flexible scheduling for PRN candidates.

You will plan and direct Occupational Therapy services, supervise COTA, and develop treatment plans while ensuring proper documentation and billing. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to maintain high resident care standards.

Competenze

• Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Occupational Therapy license in practicing state(s).
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure.

Mansioni

• Conduct regular screening of residents to figure out the best intervention or treatment for each individual patient.
• Evaluate residents to inform and develop treatment plans; establish short- and long-term goals and methods to achieve goals.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings, treatment plans, and recommendations to residents, families/caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Establish individual resident therapy schedules in cooperation with other team members.
• Conduct therapy according to established treatment plan and ensure proper documentation and billing of occupational therapy services.
• Perform all other duties as assigned and as required to effectively treat patients.
• Oversee COTA as needed and ensure all documentation and treatments are carried out with clinical excellence and proper reimbursement practices are being followed
