Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services, LLC is hiring an Occupational Therapist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in North Platte, NE. This full-time role includes a 10K sign-on bonus and flexible scheduling such as part-time or PRN options.

You will assess residents, develop and implement treatment plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, supervise COTA, and ensure proper documentation and billing in accordance with regulations. Active OT licensure is required and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Occupational Therapy license in practicing state(s).
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Screen residents to determine the best intervention or treatment for each patient.
• Evaluate residents to inform and develop treatment plans with goals.
• Communicate evaluation findings and plans to residents, families, and the team.
• Establish resident therapy schedules with other team members.
• Deliver therapy per plan and ensure proper documentation and billing.
• Perform additional duties to effectively treat patients.
• Oversee COTA and ensure documentation and treatments meet standards and reimbursement practices.
