Job summary

Qualifications

• OT degree and licensure in practicing state(s).
• Active OT license required.
• Commitment to ongoing education and licensure maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Screen residents to determine best intervention or treatment.
• Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans with goals.
• Interpret and communicate findings to residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Establish resident OT schedules in coordination with team.
• Conduct therapy per plan and ensure proper documentation/billing.
