Building Therapy Leaders in Issaquah, WA is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a full-time and PRN position in our in-house rehab program. You will conduct screenings, evaluate patient needs, and develop individualized treatment plans to support recovery for geriatric patients.

The role involves delivering skilled rehabilitation, wound care, and therapy modalities, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• OT license required and active.
• Open to all experience levels, including new grads.
• Must meet regulatory and clinical practice standards.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients and develop care plans per clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatments for physical functioning disorders and wound care.
• Assist with standing/walking and manual techniques as needed.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures and wound care.
• Provide counseling to patients and families.
• Prepare discharge summaries complying with regulations.
