Job summary

Flagship Therapy in Shoreline, WA is seeking Occupational Therapists for full-time and PRN opportunities within an in-house rehab program. You will screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders, develop comprehensive care plans, and deliver skilled therapies to support recovery.

We welcome therapists at all experience levels, including new grads, and you will join a team focused on high-quality geriatric care and patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• OT license required.
• Open to OTs at all experience levels.
• New grads welcome!

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Assist with standing/walking, transfers, and positioning; manage physical demands.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan (manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, wound care).
• Provide counseling to patients, families, caregivers and other providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate discharge summaries ensuring regulatory and clinical compliance.
