Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation preferred; other rehab areas valued.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Aids in restoration of independent function; evaluates and treats patients.
• Develops treatment plans with physician approvals.
• Supervises aides/techs in direct patient care.
• Documents patient progress and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborates with the rehab team and families; supports education and care planning.
