Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for full‑time work in a skilled nursing facility. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional and cognitive impairments, create personalized care plans, and coordinate with the care team to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA‑accredited program.
• NBCOT certification may be required by the state.
• Current OT license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are up to date.
