Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to work in a skilled nursing facility. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional and cognitive impairments, and create individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Must hold a licensed Occupational Therapist credential.
• NBCOT certification is required by state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are current.
