Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility setting. Must be licensed to apply.

You will evaluate and treat patients, create personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. We offer competitive pay range of $75,000–$90,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, online CEU credits, 401(k) with company match, and immigration support for H1B candidates.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program
• NBCOT certification may be required by state
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
