Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist - FT to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care setting. Must be licensed to apply. Compensation $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually with full-time benefits.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements. Immigration support for H1B candidates is available.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification (OTR) if required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
