Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, create personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR (if state requires).
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the practicing state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
