Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work with children ages 2–6 in a center-based early intervention setting. You will plan and deliver motor, sensory, feeding, and daily living activities, collaborating with SLPs, BCBAs, psychologists, and other clinicians to support holistic development.

The role emphasizes ES DM-informed approaches and family partnership, with opportunities for clinical certifications and annual performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current license to practice occupational therapy.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in interdisciplinary pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate OT for children aged 2–6.
• Develop interventions addressing motor, feeding, sensory needs, and daily living activities.
• Conduct assessments and develop coordinated treatment plans with SLPs, BCBAs, psychologists, and other clinicians.
• Integrate OT goals into ESDM-informed early intervention approach.
• Support children and families with practical strategies outside therapy.
• Collaborate with RBTs and other clinicians to reinforce goals throughout the day.
• Monitor progress and adapt plans based on data and clinical judgment.
