Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary pediatric team delivering early intervention services for children aged 2–6. You will plan and implement OT goals, address motor, sensory and daily living skills, and collaborate with SLPs, BCBA’s, psychologists, and families.

This full-time position offers 4x10 or 5x8 schedules, a competitive base salary ($86k–$108.5k annually), a performance bonus up to $3,800, and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current license to practice OT.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in interdisciplinary pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate OT for children ages 2-6.
• Develop interventions addressing motor, sensory, feeding, and daily living skills.
• Conduct assessments and create coordinated treatment plans with SLPs, BCBAs, psychologists.
• Integrate OT goals into ES DM-informed early intervention approach.
• Support children with autism through naturalistic, individualized treatment.
• Collaborate with families to set meaningful goals and practical strategies.
• Work with RBTs and clinicians to reinforce OT goals throughout the day.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans based on data and clinical judgment.
