Job summary

TheraDynamics is seeking a Full Occupational Therapist to provide care in assisted living facilities. You will design interventions addressing ADLs, cognitive retraining, upper extremity rehabilitation, and safe discharge planning, helping patients regain independence and return home when possible.

You will collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and social work to ensure coordinated patient care, conduct comprehensive evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current New Jersey OT license or eligibility.
• NBCOT certification (or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence.
• Collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and social work to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Address ADLs, cognitive/perceptual deficits, home safety, adaptive equipment needs, and caregiver training.
