Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services, partnering with a facility in Sutherland, NE, seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (In-house) for a PRN role in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will plan, organize, and direct occupational therapy services to ensure high-quality resident care in compliance with standards.

Candidate must hold an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy and an active OTA license in the state. Ongoing education is expected to maintain licensure and certification.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice is required.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular screening of residents to determine best intervention.
• Implement treatment plans and follow short- and long-term goals.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents, families, and team members.
• Schedule resident therapy in coordination with team.
• Document and bill occupational therapy services per plan of care.
• Perform other duties to effectively treat patients as assigned.
• Comply with CMS documentation standards of practice daily.
