• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular screening of residents and determine interventions.
• Implement treatment plans under supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans to residents and families.
• Schedule resident therapy sessions with the team.
• Document treatment and billing according to CMS standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support resident care.
