Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation in Ohio is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to help patients regain function within facility-based rehab programs. You will implement OT activities, follow recovery plans, and deliver evidence-based treatments under supervision.

You will work with a supportive team, promote patient-centered care, and contribute to improving quality of life for diverse populations. AOTA/ACOTE-accredited OTA program graduate with NBCOT certification and licensure eligibility is

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Help patients get well and restore independence.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to provide patient-centered care.
