Genesis HealthCare, Inc. operates Powerback Rehabilitation and is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to implement therapy programs in-facility. You will follow recovery plans, deliver treatments, and help patients regain independence under supervision.

This role emphasizes a patient-centered approach, teamwork, and opportunities for growth, mentorship for new grads, and ongoing CEU access within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.
• Initial certification obtained from the NBCOT.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities and independence.
• Collaborate with team and make referrals to support patient care.
• Provide patient-centered care in a compassionate atmosphere.
