Solimar Post Acute in Oxnard, CA is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab program. We offer a stable team, competitive pay at $37–$45 per hour based on experience, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include providing skilled rehab under OT supervision and contributing to geriatric recovery programs. We value balance and experience at all levels in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices under supervision.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments in collaboration with the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Report treatment outcomes and effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
