Solimar Post Acute in Oxnard, CA is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab program. We offer a stable team, competitive pay at $37–$45 per hour based on experience, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include providing skilled rehab under OT supervision and contributing to geriatric recovery programs. We value balance and experience at all levels in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

Solimar Post Acute in Oxnard, CA, is scouting for excellent therapists to join our team. We offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant for our in-house rehab program!

Full Time: Flexible schedule with work-life balance

Pay: $37 - $45 /hour based on experience

** $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS **

Key Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, following regulatory and clinical standards under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and the use of supportive and assistive devices, under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
