Evolve Therapy Services is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility located in North Platte, Nebraska. The role supports the therapy management organization and works within a partner facility to provide occupational therapy services.

Qualified candidates hold an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy with active OTA licensure in the practice states, and commit to ongoing continuing education.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• MUST have active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular screening of residents to identify the best intervention.
• Perform treatment plan to residents and follow goals.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Establish individual resident therapy schedules with team members.
• Conduct therapy according to treatment plan and ensure proper documentation and billing.
