Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to help patients regain independence within an in-facility setting. You will implement OTA programs and follow recovery plans to deliver therapy and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program as per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• NBCOT certification obtained or initial certification.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to address the whole patient and individual needs.
• Refer and coordinate care to support patient thriving and independence.

Education
