Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to help patients regain strength and independence in an in-facility setting. You will implement therapy programs, monitor progress, and tailor plans to each individual.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement OT programs and activities.
• Follow recovery plans and deliver therapies.
• Help patients regain independence.
• Collaborate with rehab team.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
