Job summary

The YMCA of Metropolitan Denver is seeking a Full-Time Out of School Time Site Supervisor to lead our school-based program. You will supervise staff, ensure safety, and drive program quality across before/after school, school breaks, and summer camps.

You will build strong relationships with families and school partners while upholding YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. Requires flexible schedule including early mornings and evenings.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in youth development, school-age programming, or related nonprofit work; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop staff while fostering an inclusive, accountable culture.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills with youth, families, staff, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, train, coach, and supervise staff and leaders to ensure high performance and positive culture.
• Conduct regular coaching and accountability conversations to support development.
• Develop staffing schedules ensuring coverage for licensing, safety, and quality standards.
• Build positive relationships with families and address concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and incident reporting per YMCA standards.
• Lead high-quality programming that supports youth development and belonging.
