Job summary

Wonders Early Learning + Extended Day is seeking an Out of School Time Manager to lead the OST leadership team, guide Directors and educators, and ensure high-quality, inclusive programming. The role focuses on policy implementation, fiscal oversight, coaching, and compliance with licensing standards across all sites.

The position reports to the OST Director and requires strong collaboration, budgeting, and program development to support Wonder’s mission and growth.

Qualifications

• BA in education or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory leadership in an educational setting.
• Experience managing multiple sites and programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Extended Day Program Directors and educators.
• Oversee implementation of Wonders policies, procedures, and curriculum.
• Coach and train program directors; ensure licensing and compliance.
