Wonders is seeking an experienced Out of School Time Manager to lead across multiple sites, ensuring program quality and compliance. You will guide Directors, coach staff, and oversee enrollment, budgets, and curricula, while aligning with licensing standards and Wonders' mission.

You will partner with the OST Director to ensure seamless program operations, expansion plans, and strong outcomes for school-age children in our Bethesda, MD centers.

Qualifications

• BA in education or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory leadership experience in an educational setting.
• Multi-site management skills and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with enrollment processes, capacity management, and child care management platforms.
• Regulatory knowledge: state licensing requirements and program quality frameworks.
• Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsabilités

• Conduct periodic observations of programs and provide feedback to Program Directors.
• Lead multi-site registration, manage waitlists, capacity optimization, and use childcare management software.
• Support staff in using childcare management software and forecast enrollment across all sites.
• Assist in program rollouts, new site expansions, and summer camp launches.
• Provide regular reports to OST Director and leadership on program performance.
• Monitor enrollment and budgets at each program.
