Job summary

Guadalupe School seeks a full-time Out-of-School-Time Program Director to lead afterschool and summer programs in Salt Lake City. You will report to the Executive Director and oversee 20-30 staff, payroll, and data systems to ensure high-quality services for immigrant and refugee families.

The role is in-person, with set hours and potential occasional extended times. Strong English and Spanish skills and a passion for equitable education are essential.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in educational program implementation and management or teaching.
• Must communicate clearly to diverse audiences and lead cross-functional teams.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and refine Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports in OST programs.
• Manage day-to-day OST activities and supervise 20-30 staff.
• Oversee enrollment, payroll records, and data collection for program evaluation.
• Coordinate with education teams to align OST with school-day goals.
• Lead regular staff meetings and professional development.
