Young World Physical Education is looking for an After School Group Leader in Salt Lake City. This position focuses on supervising and mentoring students in after-school programs, ensuring a safe and supportive educational environment.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, experience with age-appropriate activities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The job requires working hours from 2 PM to 6 PM, Monday through Thursday, with a starting pay of $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Utah Department of Health Food Handler's Permit or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Hold or obtain CPR/First Aid Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Work with students in after-school programs supervising and mentoring.
• Plan and organize age-appropriate activities for students.
• Assist students in their growth through educational and recreational activities.

Skills

Experience providing age‑appropriate activities

Safety practices and procedures

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to operate standard office equipment

Speak, read, write, and present professionally

Education
