Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Internship Program offers paid, full-time summer internships across majors, with dedicated mentors and cohort programming, located in Dallas.

As part of Banking Supervision Operations and Supervisory Support, you will support operational priorities, assist with instructional design projects using Captivate and Adobe, and provide administrative support for meetings, travel, events, and cross-training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently an undergraduate junior/senior or graduate student in HR, business, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to learn instructional design and scheduling software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support understanding internal customer priorities and translate into actions.
• Assist with event and instructional design projects using Captivate and Adobe; create dashboards and presentations.
• Provide administrative support for meetings, travel, events, and conferences.
• Engage in cross-training to broaden OSS exposure.
• Contribute ideas to process improvements across the team.
