Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas offers a paid, full-time summer internship spanning majors and functional areas—from economic research and finance to Cash Services, IT, and beyond. Interns work under dedicated staff mentors and participate in cohort programming, gaining exposure to central banking and leadership.

Positions are located in Dallas or Houston, with mentorship and learning opportunities across the District Cash Department.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student with an interest in Communication and/or Business Development, Program or Project Management.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team setting.
• Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work with Cash officers on District/System Cash Strategies, assisting/leading creating plans of execution.
• Work with all three District Cash offices along with interactions with RES and FedCash Services to assist on multiple projects
• Coordinating with the CSO team on Cash project activities including AI Design and implementation to create efficiencies and improve productivity.
• Helping develop/mature key artifacts (such as District Cash charter, SLA’s, etc.) for our Cash Mission, Vision, and Priorities around development and communication.
