Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas offers a paid, full-time summer internship in Dallas for students across majors such as economics, finance, IT, and operations. You will join Banking Supervision OSS and contribute to meaningful projects with real-world impact.

Interns receive mentorship, networking opportunities, and exposure to central banking practices. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, for 10–12 weeks starting mid-May.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student entering junior or senior year, or graduate student, in HR, business, or analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to learn instructional design and scheduling software (Captivate, Adobe).

Responsibilities

• Translate internal customer priorities into actionable recommendations.
• Assist with event and instructional design projects using Captivate and Adobe.
• Build reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support for meetings, travel, and events.
• Engage in cross-training to broaden OSS exposure.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
