Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas offers a paid, full-time summer internship in the IT portfolio (S&R IT). You will apply classroom knowledge to real-world challenges and collaborate with Risk & Compliance analysts to support governance and security projects.

Qualifications

• Working towards an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Finance, Risk or Compliance.
• Current junior or senior at Undergraduate or graduate school
• Ability to understand key business drivers; use this understanding to accomplish own work
• Ability to solve problems in straightforward situations; analyzing possible solutions using critical thinking and judgment.
• Effective written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Apply classroom knowledge to real-world challenges through projects working in collaboration with Risk & Compliance Sr. Analyst
• Contribute to projects that have meaningful impact on our organization's security posture and governance structure
• Support projects aimed at improving IT risk management and compliance processes, working closely with product management and operational teams
• Track and verify adherence to policies, procedures, and requirements
