Empower AI is seeking an OSR Technician (Mid-Level) to support DoD/J6 related IT deployments in the Arlington, VA area. The role includes hands-on IT asset management, imaging, and on-site support for office moves and stand-ups.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years of experience, and the required security clearance. Certifications such as ITIL v4 Foundations, Security+, and HDI Desktop Advanced Support Technician are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (or vendor certs) required.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Active Secret clearance required at time of award.
• Certs: ITIL v4 Foundations, CompTIA Security+, HDI Desktop Advanced Support Technician.

Mansioni

• Execute physical BCTF/OSR project tasks, including office walk-throughs to assess IT requirements and readiness.
• Assess IT requirements in office spaces including computers, phones, printers, VTC systems, and cabling; assist with procurement docs.
• Decommission tasks: remove, triage, tag assets; indicate disposition status.
• Re-image workstations and laptops per J6 imaging standards; install/configure software for relocated users.
• Coordinate logistics with Property Management for office moves; ensure connectivity of relocated assets.
• Resolve IT connectivity issues on project completion; assist network engineers with connectivity issues.
