Job summary

JOHN STAURULAKIS INC in Nephi, Utah is seeking an OSP Project Manager to lead fiber network design projects across markets. You will oversee engineers and CAD/GIS technicians to ensure designs meet schedule and budget while aligning with client requirements.

You will coordinate with field teams, communicate progress through regular updates, and manage risks. A background in FTTH design and strong leadership are essential to advancing broadband initiatives within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or professional engineer certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex OSP FTTH design projects.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive the delivery of the overall OSP FTTH design project.
• Monitor design progress and track design status to schedule.
• Interface with the client’s design team and provide regular status updates.
• Coordinate with the field construction team to ensure plans are understood and followed.
• Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders to report progress and manage risks.
