Job summary

JSI invites you to join our team as an Outside Plant (OSP) Project Coordinator on our Fiber Design & Implementation Team in Nephi, UT. You will lead and coordinate OSP FTTH/FTTX projects across markets, partnering with construction vendors and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, facilitation, and client relationship skills, with travel of 10-20% and proficiency in Office, AutoCAD, GIS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, or similar engineering disciplines.
• 2+ years of experience managing complex OSP FTTH construction projects.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including listening.
• Proficiency with Office, AutoCAD, Google Earth, or GIS is a plus.
• Travel up to 10–20% depending on home location.

Responsibilities

• Manage OSP Residents & Inspectors overseeing construction teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide updates to the team and customer; manage risk and monitor finances.
• Ensure each phase of work is delivered according to the schedule.
