Job summary

Pacific Tech Communications Inc. is seeking a Foreman for aerial and underground fiber construction in San Antonio, TX. You will provide field leadership, oversee production, and ensure safety compliance across projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise crews, coordinate daily plans, monitor quality, maintain documentation, and act as the primary field contact for project management. Travel may be required; advancement opportunities exist within our growing telecommunications

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in telecommunications or construction leadership.
• Strong understanding of OSP construction practices.
• Ability to manage crews and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews to meet production goals.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards.
• Coordinate daily work plans and job assignments.
• Monitor quality control and adherence to engineered specifications.
