Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of OSP engineering, including design, construction, and maintenance.
Ensure QA and QC in OSP projects.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing OSP team.
Manage FTTH and FTTB deployments.
Collaborate with departments to integrate activities.
Develop strategic plans to improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local telecom regulations.
Manage project budgets and timelines, delivering on time and within budget.
Provide technical guidance in resolving complex OSP issues.
