Job summary

Hoplite Group in Fort Belvoir, VA is seeking an Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Collection Manager at journeyman level to join a dynamic team supporting Army and IC partners. The role emphasizes coordinating OSINT priorities, translating requirements into collection tasks, and ensuring alignment with government directives.

Candidates should hold an active TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and proven experience in intelligence collection management or OSINT operations.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree with six or more years in Defense or IC intelligence support operations.
• Demonstrated experience in intelligence collection management or OSINT Enterprise operations.
• Extensive experience with the Intelligence Cycle and OSINT planning/documentation requirements.
• Experience working within or supporting U.S. military or U.S. Intelligence Community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and synchronizes OSINT collection priorities based on Army, interagency, and mission partner requirements.
• Decomposes requirements into Essential Elements of Information and collection tasks.
• Monitors OSINT collection systems to identify emerging requirements and aligns them with collection activities.
• Evaluates OSINT products and populates Collection Management systems with content.
• Coordinates with Mission Managers to identify resources for intelligence support.
• Participates in Community working groups to clarify intelligence support requirements.
• Collaborates with government representatives and industry partners to identify new programs and systems.
• Ensures Enterprise elements comply with U.S. government policies on Intelligence Collection Management.
