Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience.
• OSHPD construction project experience required, OSHPD 1 preferred.
• Strong scheduling, cost control, and reading contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and coordinate work of subcontractors and Turner trades.
• Oversee scheduling, safety, quality, and budget adherence on site.
• Manage field staff, including training and performance input.
• Create sequencing, recovery plans, and communicate with owners/architects.
